We opened our guest house in March 2002 with so much enthusiasm. After over 10 years we still keep that enthusiasm in welcoming guests and taking care of them to make their stay unforgettable. We love our city and we want anyone who chooses to visit it to maintain a good memory. Ours is a beautiful elegant Florentine home and when you sleep in one of our rooms you can breathe the air of our Italian culture. Those staying in our home lives as a true Florentine, in the heart of art, history and culture.

A renovated 13th-century building in the historic centre of Florence, Relais Cavalcanti has views over the Palazzo Vecchio and Mercato del Porcellino. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms.

Cavalcanti’s spacious rooms have antique furnishings and all have private bathrooms. Many have views across the city. To reach the elevator, you have to climb 22 steps from the entrance of the building.

The Relais Cavalcanti is just a few steps from typical Florentine cafés. Light refreshments of tea and coffee are available throughout the day in a nice communal dining room / kitchen with facilities like microwave and sandwich press.

The property offers daily cleaning service, a warm welcome and an easy check-out process as well as luggage storage.
